Melody, Leslie, and Fred should be lauded for exceptional customer service. Corporate’s system broke and lost our reservation. Melody found us a room to honor our confirmation at 10 pm the first night being fully booked. When the room wasn’t to standard Leslie called and put us in a new room that met Hilton’s standard and personally apologized and gave us consideration on price and Honors points. Fred made sure the room was stellar! Can’t say enough about how this team moved with intentionality and swiftness to ensure our experience matched the brand!

TRWe had booked 3 family rooms during Christmas 2025. All rooms were almost nearby on 3rd floor. The accommodation was very comfortable. The cleanliness of the floors and rooms was up-to-date. Initially, rooms were booked for 2 nights but we needed to extend the stay for one additional night. It was a really bargain price! The Front Desk offered to extend the special rate as that for previous two nights. Location is comfortable to visit NJ and New York by your car. Breakfast is good, Tea/Coffee and cookies near the front desk are very convenient to grab. Our kids liked Marshmallow offered by the hotel. The hotel manager and desk staff were amazing in assisting us. Will definitely come again!

There was a baby crying the whole night we were there and in the morning
USIt was very clean, and the staff was very nice. Breakfast was also a plus. Because our room was cold, we had to request a change in room. Even though we had already unpacked, I must say that they changed our room without hesitation and expediently, which was very pleasant and not frustrating as it could have turned out.
The only thing that made the stay not so great was that our initial room was very cold, no matter how high we increased the heat. The plus side, though, was that they were able to change our room to one where the heat fully functioned, which, in the end, made it all good.
