Excellent facility. Clean. Great restaraunt. Food delicious. Spa is great. Massage therapist was good: knows what he is doing. Indoor swimming pool is clean and large. Sauna aaa. Thank you.

The staff is excellent they go beyond their duty to make your stay more pleasant. The breakfast buffet is excellent and enough to satisfy you for a busy day. Is close to airport and a bit away from the morning hustle and bustle of a busy city life. But when you come back at night the friendly staff and the surroundings relaxes you and gets you ready for another busy day. And yes we will go back and stay at the Hyatt again

Great hotel , friendly staff except there was a problem with the room temperature the room for me was too hot and when I requested that the air conditioner be looked at it wasn't .

"Unable to lower room temperature."

Although room was supposed to be a non smoking room, there was a tobacco odour in the room, it was not possible to lower the room temperature as the system was set to heat, member of staff that attended told us the only solution would be to open the door, which as we were located on a ground floor was not a acceptable option. Room appeared to have been prepared for single occupancy as there was only one bathrobe and one wine glass in the room, additional robe and glass were promptly supplied after contacting reception and housekeeping respectively. Excellent service from concierge who advised on where to visit in Thessalonikie, good complimentary transfers from airport and to city provided. We have used this hotel on four consecutive years and this is the second consecutive year we have experienced being allocated a room that appears to be prepared for a single occupancy (business traveller?) Will probably book try else in future.
