One the best onsite hotel gyms in Hamburg. Centrally located. Solid

Beautiful building, great room and very comfortable bed! The shower was strong, constant water pressure and no surprises with change in water temperature. The staff was very helpful. The extra bed for my son was ready upon checking in. The breakfast was worth the price.

We received a friendly welcome to our hotel upon arrival. I believe it was Marie who showed us to our room, she was so helpful and professional, i was impressed with her excellent customer service. Our room was nicely decorated, VERY comfortable, the shower was epic, and our room had one of the best floorplans ive seen in a hotel. The location was quite convenient with shopping and cafes right outside the hotel and in very close proximity to Hamburgs main train station. I would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great location in the centre of the shopping district very close to central train station. New favorite in Hamburg.

First impressions were excellent, with a concierge waiting as the taxi pulled up We arrived very early & expected a bag drop. Unexpectedly our room was ready. Check in was swift. The room was a really good size with tasteful decor & all the extras we could want including large TV with many channels, Nespresso coffee maker, minibar - we just wanted the fridge. The bathroom/dressing room was huge with plenty of storage, wetroom, bath, etc. The gym & pool area were clean, tidy and better equiped than expected. We didn't use the hotel restaurant or minibar - we felt the prices were not good value. We ate at nearby restaurants of which there are plenty within walking distance. All in all the Park Hyatt is a wonderful hotel in a perfect position for exploring the lovely city of Hamburg, We will visit again soon.

Over all had a good time staying in Hyatt Hamburg. The check in was smooth, rooms clean, walk-in distance & convenient to the stores , coffee shops, department stores,excellent food. Cleaning service was good and pleasant. Stuff were pleasant and professional.
