Communication prior to arrival was excellent. I booked 4 rooms for a c2c cycling challenge. We all arrived at 10-30pm and check in was hassle free. After a fantastic shower a late bar helped. The rooms were to a very high standard. Bathroom/shower were also immaculate. Everyone one was impressed with the excellent breakfast. Late check out was appreciated.
