Hanger Down House Bed and Breakfast

The house and location were lovely and secluded, the room was great and comfortable with a fridge and tea/coffee making facilities. The bathroom was really nice and everything was very clean. Wonderful host and breakfast in the morning and we even had a recommendation for a good walk around the town which we enjoyed a lot. Would recommend

The only drawback was a fairly loud boiler/hot water system which woke us up pretty early when other guests or residents were showering. But otherwise nothing to fault.

The location was beautiful, the room very comfortable and Alison’s breakfast was exceptional. We felt very welcome. We highly recommend Hanger Down

The best b&b I've ever had the pleasure of staying in. The host Alison is lovely, nothing is too much trouble. The breakfast is excellent. You could not wish for more.

From the room you might listen to others do breakfast/ other noises, which may be inconvenient if you have different timings.

Fabulous location, great room with en suite and a lovely cooked breakfast in the morning at a time to suite me.

I was made very welcome & my room was huge. It was very clean & the bed linen was beautiful. Breakfast was a feast. Highly recommended.
