"空港には近いが、タクシーは不便"

一階のレストランやバーは便利でおいしかった。設備は清潔だった 無料のミネラルウォーターは毎日一本もらえた

３名で予約したのに、部屋にタオルが２セットしかなかった ホテルの近くの道路が工事していて、タクシーは遠回りを強いられたうえ空港使用料を払ってホテルにアクセスするしかなかった チェックイン時間の変更のメッセージをBOOKINGCOM経由で送ったのに確認してもらえなかったうえ、third party経由の連絡は確認できないといわれた エントランスに待機しているタクシーがいないため、外出用にタクシーを手配してほしいと頼んだら、自分でウーバーを呼べと言われた（四つ星ホテルって、タクシーを呼んでくれないのですかね？）

I have stayed yearly at the Hyatt Regency DFW International Airport for the last 8 years. Although I have never had a bad experience, I must say the staff this year is much responsive, accomadating, and very pleasant to work with. Starting from Fransisco the shuttle driver to the cleaning crew. Excellent and clean facilities. Mohamed Yassin, MD

"Good choice for stay at DFW airport."

We stayed a week ago and gave a positive review then. Will just add that parking at the hotel is quite easy. Hotel provides directions in advance, garage is directly outside lobby. Ticket is validated at reception upon departure. Also free cookies in lobby!

We stayed one week apart—a Friday and Friday. Price second time was dramatically higher due to World Cup. Nearly double for one night.
