"Airport Hyatt - our GO to airport hotel for DFW"

This hotel is our go to whenever we have an early flight out the next day. Check in and out are very efficient. The rooms are comfortable. WE requested foam pillows this trip prior to check in and 4 were on our bed when we arrived. The shuttle to the terminals runs every 20 minutes so its an easy departure as well

"Nice Place to Eat, Drink and Meet"

Easy in and out with shuttle from airport. Courteous staff, clean, well appointed decor, lots of options for food and beverage, nice meeting rooms, average size regular hotel rooms but nice linens and toiletries. Overall very positive experience.

"Not as advertised"

I travel often and this was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. They advertise as "in Terminal C" but you have to take a shuttle to Terminal C. This hotel is not easy or convenient. It is also without basic amenities like drinking classes, room safes, etc. It is very overpriced for a low level hotel without the convenience to make it worth it.
