We had a fantastic stay from start to finish. The front desk folks offered a smile every time we stopped by. Any time we passed an employee they checked to see if we needed anything. The conference rooms were perfect. The provided meals were delicious. The hotel restaurant was pricy but that is to be expected. Highly recommend.

This is a great hotel for conferences. The exhibit hall and the workshops were all on one level. This makes it very easy to get around. The hotel itself is very accommodating and friendly.

This hotel is very expensive for what you get. The hallway on the floor had a strange smell, and the room felt dated and dingy. Windows were dirty, bathroom felt old. For the price it was not worth it. We stayed at a rival brand for half the price on the nights prior, and that place was clean, and felt new. Feel like we wasted a lot of money on a low budget hotel.

As the meeting planner for my professional association we chose to hold our annual meeting at this hotel for 2026. For the last 14 years, I’ve been planning the annual conference that brings about 300 people to a four day meeting. This is the first time we have chosen an airport hotel. Several of the attendees at first reminded me of this and were skeptical. By the end of the meeting all were singing the praises of the DFW Hyatt Regency. The accommodations, the food, and the staff support were outstanding. All those who are initially skeptical, made an effort to tell me before the end that their impression was wrong and the hotel was an outstanding site for our conference. Everyone seems surprised that airport plane noise was almost nonexistent. Some even said they had never slept better. And, not surprisingly, no one complained about the distance to the airport. That was the first time. Also, the ease of getting shuttles to the Grapevine allowed those who wished to leave the hotel and do some shopping or get a meal at a restaurant. Many took advantage of this several times during our meeting. Overall, this Hyatt Regency is as good as any and much better than most. In my last 12 years as meeting planner for my association, I have signed contracts with 12 Hyatt properties, out of 14 contracts. My specialty association is very pleased with Hyatt properties and this property was no exception. I would very highly recommend it to other associations for conference use or for individuals wishing to stay in the Dallas Fort Worth area.

Beds comfortable, breakfast had good selection. Staff pleasant.

I booked this property because it was presented as being “in terminal” at DFW. While it is apparently connected to Terminal 3, there are no signs to reach it, and currently T3 is under construction. Both my companion and myself, arriving from different flights, found ourselves wandering around for ages before finally being directed to take a shuttle. Had I known a shuttle was required I would have stayed off site for 1/3 of the cost. Even the contact number provided by booking.com, which I needed to call the shuttle, went to someone’s voice mail at the hotel. More than a little frustrating at 9pm after wandering the airport for 25 minutes.
