"Convenience at its Best."

Due to flight change / delay, we ended up having to stay overnight in Dallas. The free shuttle was very convenient and arrived about 15 minutes after we requested it, checking, although busy went relatively quickly and smoothly. We booked a king room and it was spacious, clean and most important the soundproofing was great, wouldn’t know you were staying next to an airport. The onsite restaurant made for an enjoyable late dinner. Breakfast variety was average but have to say the staff were extremely attentive and courteous. Highly Recommended.

"My flight was very late came in at midnight left around 6.15.cost pretty high."

Urgent reservation close to the airport. The room was comfortable.s Shuttle from and to the airport was a great help.

"Stay away"

The room was not clean at all. The shower had clearly not been cleaned before our arrival: the shower walls had a prior guests hair on them on at least two different places/walls. The lamps above the bedroom nightstands were disgusting, showing oil from hands and/or bbq sauce or some other type of residue on the button to turn off and on. Both lamps were gross and we had to use tissues to turn the lamps on and off. Disgusting.

"Great, friendly team...I'll come back to see them."

Outstanding staff was super friendly and helpful. I was at the wrong Hyatt at DFW, they got me to the right place quickly and made me feel comfortable. Only desire is for a bit of a refresher on some tired furniture in the room.

"Kind staff"

"Good - but not as good as the other DFW Hyatt"

Not quite a convenient as the other Hyatt at DFW but it was a little cheaper and totally served its purpose as place to sleep on an overnight layover. A little bit of a walk and a little hard to find my way through the parking garage to the entrance.
