"Hyatt Regency Delhi is so much more than just "a hotel""

Everything was just perfect as I have come to expect. Friends and family often ask why I'm staying at "a hotel" in Delhi when I could stay with them. It's not just a hotel I say. It's almost like I go to Delhi to stay at the Hyatt Regency rather than staying at the Hyatt Regency because I'm in Delhi. I love everything about it. The staff are warm, efficient and professional — thank you to Pavitra who greeted me at the front, Pallavy and Rudra; in the club lounge Nirmalya, Nipun, Harsh, Rahul, Chanu and Kabigailu; Chef Vishal, Rahul, Shekhar, Ashish, Amandeep, Rakesh in the coffee shop; Vijeta and both Ravis at the spa; Naresh in housekeeping; Amar, Kewal and Shafik at the bell desk. All the staff are wonderful and these are just the names I remember with whom I interacted. Breakfast in the coffee shop is a deilght — lavish and varied and I so looked forward to it every day. The club lounge was a treat. No matter how much I enjoy socializing and shopping and sightseeing in Delhi I especially looked forward to being back at the hotel by 6 pm to enjoy a leisurely couple of hours in the lounge. The hotel is classy and homely at the same time. The lobby flower arrangements are gorgeous!

Location is superb, well-connected. 30 mts from the airport The atmosphere was great Rooms were clean with all amenities The entry, though, was inconvenient Breakfast was superb speard, could be better for people with lactose or gluten sensitivity

Location of hotel makes it easy to get to many attractions/markets. It provides a clean and friendly environment for all varieties of visitors. There are a good number of dining options on site and staff in entire hotel are friendly, professional and very helpful.
