Hyatt Regency Delhi

Had to pay one additional complete night for checkout at 11pm. Smell in room so ugly. Would not recommend. I had to talk with reservation team via reception telephone ln my own. It was so loud in the lobby, could not hear anything. Hairdryer was not working.

Reception staff aggressively offering a more expensive room which we had to decline repeatedly. Unfriendly security staff at the entrance. Rooms already worn down.

I stayed at this property for around 40–45 days, and my experience was truly wonderful. The nature of the people and the staff was extremely pleasant and welcoming. I would especially like to mention Simran, one of the staff members, who was exceptionally kind and helpful. The gym, sauna, and pool facilities were of excellent quality, and the overall experience was so good that it encouraged us to extend our stay. I have rarely seen such a well-maintained and enjoyable property before. I genuinely had a great time staying here and thoroughly enjoyed every moment of my stay.

El desayuno abundante y con la posibilidad de poder desayunar cada uno de nosotros según nuestros gustos. El personal muy amable desde el principio, nos atendió Pallavy y fue encantadora e eficiente, también nos ayudaron con las maletas dos hombres muy entrañables Kabir y Arun, así que desparte de todos ellos tuvimos facilidades y sonrisas. Gracias!! Volveremos
