I was a little disappointed and stressed when have got keys from room with damaged TV. After all I’ve got new room. Hotel is very old and needed restoration. Food is amazing. No available parking lots if arriving by car, so you need to look for any available place outside of hotel parking. Very close to Dead Sea 5-10 minutes walk
היה כיף,האוכל מעולה, השירות טוב, הנקיון פחות, החדרים צריכים לעבור שיפוץ, הריהוט מתקלף, הדלת כניסה מתקלפת, אבל זה לא משהו שהפריע לאירוח. הבריכה מושלמת, האוכל בבריכה מעולה החדרים היו מוכנים מוקדם-שזב חשוב. המחיר די גבוה (קצת אכזבה) שילמנו בבוקינג ולא נאמר לנו שנגיע למלון ויגבו מאיתנו 500 שח נוספים, אבל למדנו את הלקח סהכ היה מצויין
רמת הניקיון מתחת לכל ביקורת. לא מתוחזק בכלל. אפילו ויתרנו על ארוחת הבוקר כי חששנו מרמת הניקיון. מאכזב ביותר. לא נחזור שוב
Housekeeping was poor but pool staff were excellent. Food was good but it was very busy.
We immensely enjoyed our trip. Everyone was very friendly. The pool is exquisite. We were most impressed with the food.Friday evening dinner and Saturday afternoon lunch were unbelievable. I thought that after corona the hotel wouldn’t be up to its usual standards but I have to say our experience surpassed even past stays. I would highly recommend this hotel!!!
Check in is supposed to be at 3pm, but when we arrived we discovered that check in STARTS at 3pm- which means it can also be 4,5,6 pm! We only got our room at 4pm, and that was after we stood in line twice, for 20 min each time, just to get to the reception and understand why the room isn't ready. They are supposed to send you a text message when the room is ready- and no such message was received.
I love this hotel very big and the food amazing so many choices we enjoyed every meal we had and the salt water pool is spacious indoor and outdoor salt water pool we were happy we stayed here for 2 nights thank you...

We really appreciated and enjoyed our stay and our room with fabulous view. The buffet was extensive and really good for breakfast and dinner. Highly recommend.
