The Hotel is in a rather poor condition. Very low quality of breakfast. Way too expensive for the quality of service offered.
Room was dated and the pool on the website was nowhere to be found. Amenities closed early and couldn’t even find a cup of coffee.
Very old and not well kept, wall beaten up, needs paint, do no use this hotel till they do a compleat renovation
Our experience at the David Resort at the Dead Sea a bit disappointing. The room and resort seemed clean and comfortable. Staff was another issue. The worst of it was when I called the front desk at 8:30 a.m. on the morning of checkout on Monday, September 19th. A young woman answered the phone and refused to speak English to me; she kept repeating "evereet". I told her that I don't know Hebrew but she kept repeating "evereet" over and over. I asked if there was someone who speaks English and she said no. I thought staying at an Israeli 5 star resort, that caters to international travelers would be a bit more professional and accommodating. It was very disappointing. I stayed at this property 11 years ago without incident and decided to return. But not again. I have worked with the public in America as a customer service representative for over 40 years and I cannot recommend this property anymore.
Beautiful hotel, spacious room with a gorgeous view. Shuttle every 20 mins to Dead Sea beach. Shuttle driver Wasim was a sweetheart… Very helpful staff!!

The filthiest hotel I’ve ever seen. Birds mess all over the balcony, gunge in the sink. The staff lied about cleaning my room, claimed they would and didn’t. Chewing gum stuck on the sun loungers. I could go on forever with problems…
