the rooms need a major upgrade. furniture old and broken
Weekend break with my son ! The hotel isn’t worth it
All was perfect
Beautiful hotel with multiple salt pools and Jacuzzis. Breakfast and dinner were pretty good. Very relaxing stay.
When booking with Expedia it said “Pool”. When checking in ,and asked about the pool the staff failed to say that kids under 16 can’t enter the pool. They even gave us 4 towel vouchers. Only when going to the pool we were told that kids under 16 are not allowed to enter.
It was an "average" stay. The staff was friendly and helped to facilitate an early check-in which was appreciated. The room needed some noore touching up which was attended to immediately. The hotel itself it outdated, but in good condition. It could use a modernization.

The entrance should be facing the Dead Sea.
Much of the hotel seemed aged and needs to be refurbished.
They should have a security guard who understands English ….he wouldn’t let me onto property and the night manager was even less helpful…he security guard was doing his job , he repeatedly asked the night manager to come over to where I was and he refused to do so…kind of a Mexican standoff
