BECentrale ligging. Proper appartement met alle faciliteiten, maar appartementsblok vuil en versleten.
Tarief ligt 50% te hoog!!! 400€/nacht voor K+O. Het noemt wel Como Suites, maar is verre van een suites. Appartement bevindt zich in een vuile versleten appartementsblok. Ontbijt in naburig restaurant was hopeloos. Personeel daar onbeschoft. Communicatie met eigenaar moest via WhatsApp. Hij weigerde te spreken via telefoon. Bij aankomst en een korte uitleg van 10min reden zij ons voor om onze auto in een ondergrondse parkeergarage te zetten. Hadden slechte reviews gelezen, maar dachten "dit zal wel overdreven zijn". Maar niets is minder waar. Verhuurder is enkel uit op geldgewin, en geen warm onthaal. Hij heeft bij afsluit 3 berichten verzonden dat we nog 130 € moesten betalen in cash voor garage en zelf was hij niet aanwezig. Stuurde iemand anders langs. Hebben gelukkig de ontvangst van de 130€ laten ondertekenen. Was een slechte afsluiter van een 20daagse Italië reis. Nooit meer.

DEWir haben uns sehr spontan für das Apartment entschieden, und es klappte alles sehr reibungslos. Einchecken , Auto parken etc. War im nu erledigt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie sind stets erreichbar und die Kommunikation mit Ihnen ist einfach, schnell und direkt. Echt super!

IEComo Lake Suites was fantastic for my family. Great space for all of us, had everything you could possibly need including the consideration of things like water and Prosecco in the fridge, tea, coffee, spices, balsamic vinegar….really considered. Lovely big bathrooms, huge spaces. It is a terrific location, just 3-4 minutes to the Como ferry, and many restaurants and cafes all around. We also had free breakfast every morning in a nearby cafe which was brilliant. We loved it and will definitely return here
