Água quente com problemas, dificultando banhos . Conectado o responsável sem solução . Obrigatoriedade de uso de um acesso no térreo em precárias condições. Dificuldade de comunicação com a responsável devido seu inglês ser sofrível.

Wir haben uns sehr spontan für das Apartment entschieden, und es klappte alles sehr reibungslos. Einchecken , Auto parken etc. War im nu erledigt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie sind stets erreichbar und die Kommunikation mit Ihnen ist einfach, schnell und direkt. Echt super!

Da gibt es nichts zu bemängeln.

Como Lake Suites was fantastic for my family. Great space for all of us, had everything you could possibly need including the consideration of things like water and Prosecco in the fridge, tea, coffee, spices, balsamic vinegar….really considered. Lovely big bathrooms, huge spaces. It is a terrific location, just 3-4 minutes to the Como ferry, and many restaurants and cafes all around. We also had free breakfast every morning in a nearby cafe which was brilliant. We loved it and will definitely return here

The apartment is beautiful! The location is fantastic! It's a 3 minute walk to the Ferry and a 7 minute walk to the train station. There are numerous great restaurants within walking distance. I highly recommend this apartment.

We (couple) reserved private airport and train stations transfers. The host on time and did not rush us through the entire process. The location of the property was Excellent. It was recently renovated. The apartment was very spacious, and spotless clean, including private bathroom, kitchen, and a living room. We had everything we needed in the apartment. It was more than what we expected compared to other places we stayed in Italy. It's very close to markets, restaurants, and churches. We had a very relaxing and peaceful stay. We would definitely stay here again and also recommend it to others!! The host (Samuel) was always responsive to my inquiries. He went above and beyond to make us happy. He was very polite, respectly, and HONEST!! Sam provided two private tours to Bellagio + Varenna and Menaggio. He recommendded us do a tour on the opposite side of Lake Como (Menaggio, Cernonbio, Lennon, Tremezzo, and Cremia), The tour experience was commendable. They are beautiful and worth seeing. Sam make sure that our trip was hassle trip and tips around the city. We had plenty of time to walk around for shopping and pictures. We were unsure abt where to eat and without hesitation, Sam helped us to reserve the restaurants. He is a very professional man and is a pleasure to be around. Again, I highly recommend this property and the tours to others.

The Location is top! In the middle of the center and next to the lake, everything was clean, and the apartment is modern and well equipped. We really enjoyed staying there.

Unfortunately, the communication with the host was difficult. The English was very limited, which made many messages confusing and some questions were not correct answered. In addition, some messages felt a bit rude and unprofessional. Overall, the apartment is great and we had a nice stay, but the communication and organization could definitely be improved.

Location, location, location

A little overpriced but considering it was during the Winter Olympics it’s to be expected

Οι οικοδεσπότες μας υποδέχτηκαν με συνέπεια και χαμόγελο. Το κατάλυμα ήταν ιδιαίτερα ευρύχωρο και η θέα του στη λίμνη καταπληκτική. Πολύ προσεγμένη και καλόγουστη διακόσμηση. Επίσης, είχε πολύ μεγάλη ποικιλία σε καφέ. Τα είδη του μπάνιου πολύ προσεγμένα. Το σημείο ήταν πάρα πολύ βολικό, ήταν όλα σε απόσταση αναπνοής.
