Anio Boutique Hotel Hoi An

This was a very beautiful hotel, very modern and clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful. It’s in I think the best location from Old Town. Their breakfast buffet was amazing. And the rooms are so nice with a balcony.

We stayed here as we had been moved out of our hotel nearer to town and the river due to the floods. Anio did not disappoint, the rooms were lovely, the food excellent and the staff were amazing. They have a lovely pool area at the back of the hotel and my friend and I booked a foot massage the morning we left which was utter bliss. I wish we had more time as I would have booked the spa every day for a treatment - it was excellent value and totally awesome. All of the staff were brilliant but one person really stood out - he was the waiter in the restaurant both evenings we were there. We ended up eating at the hotel both nights because after long trips and wandering round town we wanted to eat at the hotel and put our feet up. I wish I had the waiters name - he was in the restaurant the evening of the 2nd and 3rd Nov and there are no words to describe the fantastic customer service. The restaurant was busy but he managed to deliver stupendous customer service from helping with menu choices to wine choices and generally ensuring we had everything we needed. This is a fabulous place to stay

The hotel, staff and area could not be better. Mrs Silvia and Hannah have been superb. They helped make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel

Good Hotel we had an excellent room. They’ve a nice pool with a bar side at the pool easy walking to downtown or old town. Couple of good restaurants nearby a nice massage place nearby. A really cool lantern shop where you can make your own lantern nearby restaurants are plentiful ATM nearby. They dealt with the rain quite well.

Doing this review months later. The location of the hotel is not near the old town or something, but they do have free transport to bring us there. just arrange with the reception. Now, i love the hotel, it's simple but yet feels like all the necessary amenities are there. there's a pool at the hotel. the breakfast is pretty good, different choices. the service, as usual with many hotels in vietnam, is great. they gave us fresh fruits in the room, welcoming ladies at the reception. There is a park right in front of the hotel. Oh ya, you can rent a bike from them too.

Dolphin and Nguyen are very good and accommodating. The rooms are very clean and is very up-to-date. Will definitely come back again
