Anio Boutique Hotel Hoi An

We felt at home at Anio. We stayed for 4 days and enjoyed from the relaxed vibe to the good facilities (gym, pool, and bar). The hotel is warm and welcoming, making it the perfect place to unwind and enjoy our time in Hoi An. The hotel also offers a shuttle bus to the city and the beach, also bicycles to explore around (we made many interesting routes). A special thanks to Miss Hugh and Mr. Ken, who made our stay even more comfortable with their recommendations, pleasant conversations, and insights into the city, culture, and language. Without a doubt, we will be coming back!

Anio is an amazing place to stay in Hoi An. We had such a great time and they even celebrated my birthday with a cake and balloons! The pool was a perfect place to cool down and always had free beds. The staff are all fantastic and take really good care of you- Special thank you to Hugh, Vin, Dolphin & Harry :-)

We had a wonderful stay. A highlight was the staff, particularly Hugh, Vin and Dolphin. The pool area is excellent and we enjoyed our balcony with a pool view.

We stayed at the Anio Hotel for 3 nights to visit Hoi An. It was the perfect stay. The hotel has many facilities, good breakfast, an amazing customer service. A special thanks to Ms Hugh, Mr Ken. They were super nice! They helped to us planning our visit in Hoi An, scheduling the free shuttle bus and always ready with a welcoming smile. Very much recommended!

Very instaworthy hotel. The photos on the website were very nice but when we got there the devil was in the detail with the building itself. There are buildings surrounding the pool, not blue sky as advertised, and the building and fixtures are a bit run down and scruffy. I nearly fell through the boards around the pool, they are in need of repair. However, the staff are what made it and they did everything they could to make our stay enjoyable. I can’t remember all of their names, but Hanna at check in was lovely and Mr Dolphin was always present and eager to help us with whatever we needed. The spa was lovely and my massage was incredible. The food was nice too. Beware that only the green bottles of water are free so my advice is to stock up on your own water. There is also a kids playground across the road which means a lot of kids at this hotel.

The staff and the service are excellent, Anio is in a good location accessible to many areas. Parts of the hotel are worn but it is spacious, lots of greenery and has a very relaxing pool area. I felt like I had personalised service and look forward to coming back one day.

Very nice place to stay with great staff. We had a great time and enjoyed our first visit to Vietnam. Will definitely be back again!

I have recently returned from our holiday in Hoi An and we stayed at the Anio boutique hotel. We had the best time, the staff were amazing and very friendly and attentive. The breakfast catered for all tastes and knowone will go hungry . Our room was spacious over looking the park . I would recommend Anio to anyone. To Hu and the team thank you . Steven & Danielle

A Truly Memorable Stay at Anio Hoi An Our stay at Anio was nothing short of exceptional. The hotel is spotless, the beds incredibly comfortable, and the pool—perfectly chilled, offered the ideal escape from the heat of Vietnam. Breakfast was a daily highlight: fresh, delicious, and with a wide variety to suit every taste. The location strikes a great balance—peacefully tucked away from the hustle of Hoi An’s centre, yet still within easy walking distance to the heart of town. But what truly sets Anio apart is the people. The staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive, going above and beyond to make our stay seamless and memorable. From the moment we arrived to the moment they waved us off in our taxi, we felt completely cared for. Special thanks to Flora, Ms Hue, Ms Van, Mr Dolphin, and Mr Ken—you turned a great stay into a special memory. I wouldn’t hesitate to return to Anio, and next time, I’ll be staying even longer.

Upon our arrival, it started with a very warm welcome with a small gesture from the team for my wife's birthday. During our entire stay, we experienced good recommendations, professionalism, friendliness and support of all staff members always there for the guests and ready to assist. Facility is very nice, clean and well maintained. Location is convenient and very close to the oldtown. The kitchen offered (breakfast and meals) a good mixture of vietnamese and european food to satisfy all guests.
