Anio Boutique Hotel Hoi An

The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. They went over and beyond to help us. Unfortunately the room was just a bit tired and outdated. There was mould around the shower. I notified housekeeping and they tried to clean it but couldn’t get it all off.

Exceptional service, very clean, spacious family room. I would highly recommend. Staff were very friendly and very accommodative. Hotel has a shuttle service to the old town which is just 5 mins. Buffer breakfast spread was very good, lots of options..

The staff were amazing at Anio. They really were super lovely especially the reception staff, the concierge and the cleaning ladies. They went out of their way to help. I thought the rest of the stay was just very average. The hotel itself is rundown and needs some attention. The pool had thick black mould growing right across the mats you step on when entering the pool. The pool water laps over these mats so this mould is being transferred to the pool that you are swimming in also. The rooms were ok. The showers and bathroom just ok. I would think they might be quite dangerous for people with mobility issues or older people as you had to step up to the shower and the steps were quite slippery. The food was very average also, which was disappointing. We had such good food throughout the rest of our two weeks in Vietnam, so chose to eat out or get food delivered by grab for our stay here. The swim up bar wasn’t really that functional with staff hardly ever there during the busy times and happy hour. We usually had to go find staff if w wanted anything. We would have spent a lot more here if they had people actually at the bar or coming around seeing if we needed anything. I know it was pretty hot when we there and even the staff were saying they were hot too, but if they did a walk around every half an hour or so, it would have been super helpful. I also got told off by young guy working there as I was going to pop up to my room to get a hat and some other bits and pieces but was told I couldn’t take the pool towel up to my room. I was wearing it to cover myself and so as not to drip water on my way up) I was going to come back down again straight away but his tone was rude and pretty patronising so we went out for lunch instead. I just felt like this was a very average hotel. It wouldn’t take much to get it up to a good standard but the photos online are definitely better than in real life. I wouldn’t stay here again and it was the worst hotel we stayed at out of 4 we stayed in on our trip and the food was the worst also.

We had a wonderful stay at Anio in Hoi An! The location was super convenient, just a short distance from the ancient town. The staff were all incredibly lovely and welcoming. A special shoutout to Vin, who was so helpful and took the time to show us all the must-visit spots around town. Really appreciated the hospitality would highly recommend!

Anio staff is super friendly and welcoming. Especially Tỉnh, Thu and Thành always checked on us everyday. Overall the service is amazing and would really recommend to stay if u come to Hoian

Voortreffelijk, fijn grappig personeel, .mooie ruime kamers, super goed ontbijt alles was gewoonweg 100% top.Swimming pool was fancy and fresh air. Shuttle bus and bicycle will be free. The bellboy support lugguage very good job. Mrs Hugh, Mr Dolphin and all staffs good

Vin, Ken and Silvia are so friendly and kindly. The room is spacious and clean. All amenities are new. Breakfast are so delicious and very good. Shuttle bus is for free to old town and beach. They have spa service, very good treatment. Swimming pool is nice and clean.

Great experience, the best room service. We had 2 days stay at Anio Hotel, we found this hotel from review on Google. We are so happy for this service, room is very quiet, clean and spacious. The bed is comfortable and soft. Breakfast is good with fresh fruit. It was raining so we can not enjoy at this pool. They provided free shuttle bus service to old town and beach. It is easy. Staff are very kindly and warm. Special thanks to Ken, Flora, Dolphin and Hiểu. We definitely come back.

Loved my stay here. From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted by a welcoming staff. Nice facilities including gym and pool. What really made the stay exceptional were the people. They went out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay and were always so so pleasant. Special thanks to Snow, Dolphin (and a couple others behind the desk as well as in the restaurant). Recommend!
