The best city stay I could ask for. Check in was smooth, I was upgraded for my birthday (such a sweet surprise), and the front desk staff was so nice. Xochilt Vigil went out of her way to make me feel special. She even gifted me something at checkout. She made my stay!

The spa onsite was a great added bonus. The massages we had by two of the staff was an exceptional experience

For the price i really expected more modern and better service at this hotel. Wouldn’t stay here again.

it looks the rooms needs to be maintained properly, door to access the refrigerator was falling off, only one small cup of coffee available for two guests.

My husband and me stayed here four nights on our two week -travel to Miami- El Salvador and Guatemala. We travel all over the world and can really recommend this hotel. From there the outside it looks like just another large impersonal hotel. But inside it is very beautiful and luxurious. It is just next to a large mall. The pre -booked airport transportation worked very well. The employees were polite and extremely service minded. Most of them speak very well English. The ones who stood out was the lovely lady who greeted us at the breakfast buffet every morning and the therapist in the spa, Edith, who offered a delicious deep tissue massage. The lady at the breakfast cared for the customers in a special and professional way. The breakfast had all kinds of healthy choices. We lik d that. The restaurants in the hotel were good and the price level low compared to Norway where we come from. The pool area was nice and well maintained. (We had a small feedback to the reception about some bird dirt that should be removed. )The bed madrass and the clean sunbed madrasses by the pool were perfect for our taste. We used the gym every day and it was very clean, large and well equipped. The shower, sauna and toilet next to the pool, spa and gym was new and always clean. The waiters were quick to serve coffe and asked if we needed anything. The drinks at the pool were delicious. Our room was cleaned to perfection. Thanks to the person who did it. We were able to keep he room for two extra hours without paying extra the last day. We appreciated that. Thank you for some wonderful and relaxing days. We would love to come back!

The calm the country currently offers and the kindness of its people make this hotel my favorite in San Salvador. The service, the food, and the way they guide you on where to go and where to eat is simply outstanding.
