Booking experience

Check in experience was bad. AC was not working and we arrived at night. Heat was intolerable. No assistance when the security guard called for assistance. He was the only one available who responded to our request for help.

The staff were amazing and so helpful. The apartment was super clean, and the cleaners came every day to clean as well. It was easy to order food from their restaurant at the comfort of your apartment. The views were amazing and the beach is so close, 5 - 10 mins walk. Would definitely visit Aqua Resort again.

I didn't like that the TV wasn't smart, and we were only limited to the DSTV Channels.
