"Good location, not the cleanest hotel."

Good prior experience but the room was dirty, bathroom was dirty. Didn’t offer to make adjustments or clean so I had to clean the toilet myself. Received duty towels when I was brought more they were dirtier than before & had to get out mid shower because the soaps were not filled and had to wait. Mentioned all if this to staff was not offered discount or a good solution. Experience last year was good but this year was not.

It was pretty dirty.
