Nice and very clear hotel.

There is no kettle in the room. Moreover, they asked 4 GEL for the coffee in the morning. Regarding the breakfast, it is understandable that it will be paid, but I think charging money for coffee does not bring honor to the any hotel. Usually hotels (even if hostels) have free coffee and tea... Also, it was mentioned in the booking that there is a swimming pool, but actually there isn't

Central location, super clean. Very helpful and friendly staff. Felt like home.

it is not possible to get in and get out alone and windows are not stopping any noise- dog barking half of night, cars :(

I particularly liked the terrace on upper floor with a great view over Kutaisi. I sat there inside with a beer - even when it was storming and raining - and outside with a coffee and to have a chat with Luka, the young man working in the hotel and doing a great job!

Nothing particular. I would have been happy to take breakfast from the hotel, but the young man working at the reception gave advice to go to a close-by "family" shop, get some khachapuri or lobiani there, take it back to the hotel and enjoy it on the terrace with a coffee.
