Very nice owners. Helpful and dedicated. Wonderful terrace on the roof and nice small garden.

A little bit noisy from the streets.

I especially liked the desk. I prefer to sit at a desk or table in the evening and this one was perfect. Street parking in front of the hotel was a bonus. And my hostess was extremely kind.

Villa opposite the hotel had a dog that barked at night. The last night I was there it was so bad that someone in the vacinity called the police. I took a photo of the police car parking just outside the hotel. It seems no one was in the villa and the dog kept Barking for at least an hour after midnight after the police left. Never imagined that this could happen.

We booked large double room and on arrival were told they dont have that room available. But they did not mention this in their message accepting the booking and welcoming us. We had specifically chose this hotel over another for the room. Instead we were given a very small room with twin beds pushed together and no room to put bags except on the very little floor space we then had to climb over. Alternatively were offered a medium size room on ground floor which the manager told us would be very noisy. Ok if honest when booking but this was not what we had booked and dissapointed we were not offered any reduction in the price. Instead we were asked to pay more as coffee was an additionally cost on top of the pricey breakfast we had paid for.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Very tasty home made red wine for a fair price. Beautiful rooftop terrace. Spacious, clean and well equipped rooms (A/C and fridge). Good location only 10 minutes from the center.

The cleaning personal doesn't respect private sphere and tries to come in to the room even if you are in. "Do not disturb" signs would be useful. The airport trasfer service is too expensive (50 GEL), the local price is 20 GEL. The rooms on the street side are a bit loud due to traffic.

The room was large and comfy, the bed was a bit too soft for us, but still OK. Our hosts were nice people, they helped us with any question, also with airport transfer at 2:30 in the morning for 50 GEL. We got some welcome wine and welcome melon, which was a really nice gesture. Breakfast was also available for 20 GEL / person (slightly more expensive than previously written, I believe it was 15 GEL, but the quality and quantity worth it). The flat was really close to the city center, i a short walking distance, but still far enough to be quiet. The building has a really cool roof terrace and a terrace down on the ground floor.

The owner and hotel staff are very kind. They offer free wines for us when we check in. We also like the rooftop room, very nice view of Kutaisi.
