Jackie was lovely and very helpful, beds were comfortable, really good having a fridge and microwave. Great base for the weekend. Great price! Would stay again!

No hot water, cold showers due to boiler problems. Jackie did offer us another room to shower in, but we just had a quick cold one. It wasn't her fault, not a deal breaker. Didn't spoil our weekend.

Not able to gain access to my room.

See above. I arrived no-one around called number they answered but would not allow me in.

The room itself was a reasonable size, linen nicely presented. Cleanliness not so great I dropped a hair pin on the floor, when looking for it I found sweets and other debris under the bedside, with a decent layer of dust to the back of it. The double bed had a sheet of chipboard nailed to the divan base (presumably because the base was damaged). The ensuite was okay, but the shower made a horrendous noise when running. The toilet had a leak from the water inlet, which looks like it's already had a repair attempt made.

Staff were lovely and quickly resolved the confusion with the booking

Sink in bedroom rather than bathroom.

Property was clean and warm room had a micro and fridge which was good as we had granddaughter , my son was sick in room was very understanding (we paid a fee) for clean up

The owners behaviour on the last day. She appeared under the influence and was acting aggressive with us on check out- screaming, swearing and acting in an erratic manner even in the presence of our 2 year old grandchild.

We absolutely loved our mini break as a family we had the perfect stay at the winning post which has a perfect location we were approx 3 min walk from beach and also right in the middle of the tower and pleasure beach which was Amazing as we had bookings for both we parked up and didn’t need to use the car again until leaving. Our room was also amazing I didn’t expect to have as much space as we did with 2 adults 2 kids but it was perfect and absolutely spotless perks were a fridge a microwave also spotless an iron and mini iron board clean towels kettle access to coffee tea milk sugar extra toilet rolls etc the bed was comfortable and clean we all got a good sleep hotel was nice and quiet at night it was easy to wind down and relax with some tv at night after a busy day Jackie the host could not have been more helpful/welcoming she was an awesome host and very accommodating and was really good with the kids we will definitely be returning customers.

There is honestly nothing I can think of that we didn’t like.

Great value for money. Lovely nights sleep, location was great. Having a fridge/freezer in our room was amazing to store drinks and snacks. Staff went above and beyond to make u feel welcome

Would of been better if we could of stayed a few more days, as it was so homely. We didn't have the funds to do this. We will defo be back 😁

How big an clean the room was...... The room was spotless the hotel was lovley the manager was absolutely brilliant an helpful stayed in alot of hotels in Blackpool over the years as we come about 6 times a year but now we have stayed here we want be staying anywere else apart from here..... Without a doubt one of the best an cleanest we have stayed in

Nothing at all next time we come we will be booking here
