Ten centimetre trip hazard not marked in dark hallway. My 83 year old mother tripped on entering unlit hall way which contained a 10cm unmarked trip hazard. She fell the full length of the hallway trying to recover. I then ran to aide her and also tripped causing great pain to my bare foot. My mother had under gone lumbar spine fusion exactly 4 weeks prior and was not to do any bending or turning let alone falling in a heap. Two people suffered injuries. Did not receive email notification of how to gain entrance to property through closed electric gate. Was not sent a contact number for care take. Was not sent the code to enter the accommodation. Was not sent a map of where to find our accommodation. Sent email to email contact address never heard back. Called number in email no answer. Entered vineyard by foot in the dark and rain walking from building to building trying to find accommodation. Found care taker number on key-box. Found un-light trigger for electric gate to whole of vineyard in the dark. Called care taker and got code. Entered accommodation with family and suffered immediate injuries.
