Trying to get a hotel block of rooms here. THEY proposed an offer to US and we accepted. All is good, except when we try to get information on how our guests can book rooms in said block. 3 months of corresponding to a brick wall via email and phone messages from my soon-to-be wife, and now I'm forced to get involved. So I give them a call. The person answers and won't tell me when their director of sales works (the person the majority of correspondence went through). "Not this week, maybe sometime next week", a clear attempt to get me to eff off. I asked if I could speak to the manager currently there, and apparently, that person is also unavailable and in an indefinite conference call. I understand this isn't the Ritz-Carlton on the strip, but I have been put on call and hung up on 3x (50 min and counting as I'm typing this) just to ask the manager when the director of sales will be in the office to give me 5 min of their time? And then they want to say I'm rude because I'm not interested in leaving a message (for the X amount of time regarding this subject). Likely they want to not give the rooms at a cost lower than they project, and you know what honestly I would have let it go if they simply came out a said something. Or expressed any decency or respect. 1/5 go somewhere else, these people suck.

Everything! You know the bedding is clean when you can smell the detergent used. Staff were all friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious and a good size portion! Location is right off the highway.
