The customer service was outstanding!

There was no breakfast included with my stay. I will be letting my company know not to use holiday inn anymore for their business travels.

There was no drinking water provided in the room. No information for wifi. No bathrobes were provided. No toothpaste or q-tips. No breakfast was included with my stay. Typically a traveler does not pack these things and relies on the hotel to provide these. Especially when the hotel is so expensive as holiday inn. I did not get value for what i paid for that stay.

The main lobby and bar area are updated and the staff was amazing! A few things to think about though: the walls are thin! You can hear everything in the halls, adjoining rooms, floor above you, constant doors slamming. There is only an option for breakfast, vending and a bar. There is a gas station across the parking lot if you’re looking for other options. The rooms seem outdated but very clean.

I arrived late and the young lady that was working was extremely nice and helpful and understanding my lateness. The room was very clean and comfortable.

Had to get used to plugging the card into a box to turn on the lights🙂
