The staff were accommodating and very kind. The bottle filler was not working so they offered water bottles instead.

Family friendly, clean, new!

Hotel front desk staff was rude and complained about other guests staying in the hotel in front of us. Everytime you asked them something if was as if you were bother thing them. No one could help me get connected to your wifi network in the lobby on my macbook. The outdoor area with the fire and market lights wasn't even on/working. In comparison, there were 20 people relaxing on the Homewood Suites patio across the parking lot. During breakfast, the cleaning staff literally put a vaccum right next to my daughter and put up chairs (like their were closing) on either side of us - like they were cutting off drunks at a bar. It was 930 am. I paid 200+/night to stay at what felt like a Motel 8. Do Better Hilton.

The hotel and room were very clean and comfortable! Loved the lounging/breakfast area. Slight snafu getting airport shuttle but they arranged a Lyft - my flight had been delayed and it was almost midnight.

Most of the staff was very friendly.

Beds were too firm. Breakfast was just ok. Would like real milk. The room rates were a little pricey. They ran out of diet coke and said they won't get more until Tuesday, they could have gone to Walmart and got some or got some from the Hilton hotel across the parking lot. They did not have a rollout bed claiming it was against the law.
