"Worst beds ever, awful sleep, terrible pillows"

The location The pool

Horribly uncomfortable and didn’t honor if it’s not comfortable the stay is on them. We reported how awful the beds were and they tried to switch us rooms but they were equally as bad and the pillows were terrible like sleeping on a cotton ball. They did offer us other pillows which were a little better but still the sleep was awful, follows up with a chiropractor after. And since they wouldn’t refund the second night to find another hotel we offered to take the discount wish was only $57.00 off each night. It was better than nothing. But don’t waste your time or money, the sleep is not worth it.

I didn't realize I had to pay $75 at check-in. Even though it will be refunded after check out. I wasn't aware of it at booking
