Good cooling system.

Shared bathrooms. The exterior was very dirty and Basic.

Location very close to the airport, clean room. Enthusiast host.

Felt more like airbnb, the shortcomings are on the website. Shared bathroom, no breakfast available, you park off site, had to make my own bed, I.e., put the duvet on, noise of planes either landing or taking off. Lack of decent towels, two undersized rough rags.

Very convenient location - near the airport itself. Lots of interesting things within walking distance. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Enough of everything. The owner is very helpful with transfer to the airport at any time.

Really pleasant owner! Helped with the airport taxi and suggested dinner place (used it)!

The front yard's potential is not used... maybe to do something with it :)

+close to airport, 8 min by car +owner speak english, easy communication +nice view to airport if you like planespotting +room has nice balcony +room for 3 (family) was good - double bed + single one, fits 3 people well, all beds are same quality +we chose room with bathroom inside, can’t imagine shared, so reccomend this

-room is small, furniture were very, very simple -expensive for what you get -noisy when planes starts to fly

The owner was very responsive and friendly.

Massimo was amazing. He's very flexible with check-in, helped me figuring out public transportation, he made sure I'm conformable and overall treated me very well! I couldn't have wished for a better host. I highly recommend him and his place for your stay in Rome
