Great location, clean apartment, very friendly host! This is perfect for staying near to the airport

Location was ok. We just needed one night before our morning flight and that works.

This was not a B&B—it was a guest room in someone’s cluttered home, with a dirty shared bathroom and a yard full of random junk. The bed squeaked, the mattress was worn out, and the pillow was barely usable. We travel often and aren’t picky, but this stay didn’t reflect what was advertised—it felt more like a rundown hostel than anything resembling a proper B&B.

This place is very close to the airport and train/bus station. So it is a bit loud when the plain takes off. The host was brilliant very helpful and nice. Room was very clean

Massimo was very helpful to explain checking in and arranged a taxi to take my wife and I to Ciampino airport for 5AM. We were very grateful for his help!
