very clean

no working tv. and staff not answering phone when we tried to contact about this. they just sent a text later that night to say nothing they could do.

In the twin room it was very cramped, and difficult to get into the bathroom around the bed

Room had everything we needed, was cosy and comfortable.

I would have preferred some extra bedding as the duvet was quite thin.

decor and adjacent pub was excellent

no tv was a shock. we should have been informed that the room did not have tv facilities. wifi also very poor and only worked near the front door. Large damp patch on wall. Not run by the pub next door as you would have thought.

Very useful to have a kitchenette although there should be a t-towel to help with washing up. The room was very clean, the bathroom is very good. It was lovely and warm.

The privacy on the door is very poor with a flimsy black cloth on half the door which is totally inadequate. The duvet was of very poor quality, cheap, thin and too small.

isolated, rural location. very quiet and a nice bar!
