It was clean and very comfy. Liked the look off it.

Old style charm - Furniture reminded us of our young days. Comfortable. Cosy. Clean. Secure. Safe. °Thanks to Lourens (manager) for the upgrade. Also for the "padkos" - travel snacks!

Very nice and quiet place. The duty manager was very helpful, brought our breakfast lunch box to the room. Also we were upgraded from a studio to a larger room. Everything in the property was well thought over, there is sth. for everyone, young and old,fit and not so fit.

The location is excellent and I believe the accommodation itself is very nice. I want to highlight that the lady at the reception was extremely friendly and helpful, a big compliment to her!

Unfortunately, we had issues with our reservation, as we specifically booked using the "pet-friendly" filter. According to the host, it had been communicated in advance that the room was not pet-friendly. Unfortunately, I did not see this information beforehand - I’m not sure whether that was my mistake or not. We were offered an upgrade for 1,500 ZAR for one night, which I felt was too expensive. Initially, we were told we would receive a full refund due to the misunderstanding, but later this was changed to only a partial refund. Overall, the experience was disappointing and we would not book this accommodation again.

We were spoiled with an upgrade to the main mansion here, with oceans of space and a great vibe. Close to all the action on Main street but still very quiet. Our host was helpfull and even brought brekkie bags in the morning.

It was cold in Dullstroom and the big house was a bit slow to heat up. The electricity also went down a few times but the host did his utmost to minimize any discomfort.
