"Bad Communication!!"

We were travelling with our pet and did not get any feedback from Cinzaco or Booking.com that the accommodation we had originally booked was not their pet friendly accommodation. We had to pay and extra R400 to get the pet friendly accommodation which thank goodness was still available. The first we heard from Cinzaco was on the day we were due to arrive asking our time of arrival. Spent about 15 minutes at reception trying to sort out the booking. Lady at reception was very apologetic and friendly but certainly wasn't her fault.

"Lovely place - Walking distance to all the town’s big eateries. Garden adds a charm and makes spending time on the pro"

The property is homely and very comfortable. In case of it getting cold there are options for getting warm including a fireplace and heaters. It is a nice space to spend evenings.

The ground floor units suffer from creaks when occupants of the higher floor move about. The top floor is built on wood so it transmits strains and creaks. (Ask to stay upstairs ;-))

"Don't wait, book!!"

Everything was perfect – we had such a wonderful stay! The owner provided us with all the information we needed, gave us a free upgrade, and even prepared a lunch box for our check-out. One of the highlights was the twin shower – I’ve never experienced a double shower before, and the idea of putting two showers side by side is just amazing. And we saw the total moon eclipses.
