I experienced a significant issue during my recent stay at your hotel. Despite booking and prepaying for two rooms, only one was available upon my arrival for check-in. This discrepancy caused considerable inconvenience. Furthermore, regarding the room that was not provided, I was issued a refund of 1200 INR, despite having paid 1600 INR, resulting in an unexplained deduction of 400 INR. Additionally, the lack of basic amenities such as towels, with the explanation that they were "sent for cleaning," highlights a concerning level of mismanagement within the facility. I strongly advise against patronizing this establishment.

Hotel was dirty, construction uppstairs, a lot of noises People at the reception were unprofessionnel and doesn't care about some little complains like forgetting the key inside the room, he didin't even flinch, he looked very upset
