Knights Inn Somerset

I paid for 2 of our employees to stay. They were quite upset with the condition of the room. Several long dark hairs on bottom sheets and pillows! They showed me pictures that they took. It was disgusting! Would appreciate a refund!

Room was clean, king bed was surprisingly comfortable. It was a decent stay for the price

It was quiet.

Owners were very nice, but are too caught up in the fear mongering of "the flu". Never swing by the room to see if you need anything. I had to go to the office to get a roll of toilet paper, and a hand reached out from behind a door to hand it to me. Getting really tired of this fear mongering.

Room is very clean. But towels are worn out. Good price for the night. Nice & courteous

The bathtub was not cleaned as it had hairs in it from whoever stayed previous. The bathtub drain lever was falling apart. The comforter was dirty & had stains. During my 6 day stay, I was forced to use the same towel as they were only replaced once; after the 2nd day. Attempted to find another hotel but all were booked.

This hotel was extremely trashy and unwelcoming. From the get go, trying to check in I had to nearly shout to be heard by the office attendant because of the plate glass, as if they were afraid of being robbed, this Hotel is not in a dangerous part of town and there is no need for such precautions. Then upon entry to my room, I found the dead bolt had to be fidgeted with in order to be locked, and there were a few holes in the walls here and there. In the bathroom, there appeared to be lipstick stains all over the sink, among other things, that make me believe this may be mainly a hookup hotel. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for somewhere to stay for the night, unless you are looking for a cheap option for a hookup.

Was great for what I needed. Just a getaway for the weekend.

We are arrived and thought it would be a good idea since we only needed a place to sleep to try the nights in this place should be torn down after it’s decontaminated the EPE should come by and see what a disaster this is no one in their right mind would eat anything and they do not provide it anyway go somewhereAnywhere but not here

The room, over-all was satisfactory. It did need some TLC. For example, the carpeting was sticky, and always felt damp. I think it needed to be cleaned REALLY BAD. (My first were dirty from walking on it). The King sized bed killed my back. On the plus sides, the staff was very nice, and it was extremely quiet, which was really important to me. Yes, I'd stay here again.
