Villa Markoc

I loved everything. The pool was gorgeous all facilities were amazing. Everything was very clean and well kept. Anita was a fabulous host and attentive to our needs throughout our stay .

There wasn’t anything I didn’t love.

Beautiful clean well equipped apartment. Lovely pool, with beautiful views from every window. There a Sudemac (supermarket) close by and the port is a 10min walk downhill and a 15 minute walk up hill.

De locatie was prachtig en het hotel was van alles voorzien! Personeel was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Enorm prettig en fijn verblijf gehad!

The views were lovely and the pool area was nice and quiet but we still brought our speaker and had our music on.

The reviews said that the location was great but personally for us it wasn’t. The walk down the hill into the town was fine but there was no way we were walking back up! It was cost 10 euro for 30 second journey which we paid every night. However, it stopped us from doing much in the day because we didn’t want to walk the hill or pay the taxi fee. There were lots of things we could have done but didn’t because of the location. Even though the location isn’t as bad, it wasn’t as good as I wanted to it to be which I think it’s important for other people to know! Also, our room only got ‘cleaned’ once in the week. The maid came in about 3/4pm when we were in the room so we just got new towels and new toilet roll. That was the only time the maid went in, we only got new towels once in the week and we bought our own toilet roll from the shop. We were living our rubbish bins outside the room too because they were getting full quick. Also the wasps was everywhere and terrifying! Overall it was a lovely stay and was a lot cheaper than the local hotels (even though the location of the hotels was amazing). If I went to Cavtat again which I would love to, I would stay at one of the hotels but in this case it was good value for money!

Host was very very accommodating. We arrived early and our room was ready and we were allowed in. On our departure day our host also let us stay by the pool after our check out time. 5 STARS for accommodating.

The airport flight path is literally above the accommodation which makes it noisy with how close it is. Pool area can be crowded with not enough seating - but it was OK.

Beautiful sea views from our balcony. Lovely pool and garden area with plenty of facilities. We loved the BBQ and coffee machine in the shared outdoor kitchen area. The tortoises were a very cute bonus.

The property is a very short walk to the town but it is a very steep walk on the way back. Something to keep in mind for anyone who lacks mobility.

Very well maintained small villa, just 9 apartments in total with a lovely pool area and many other facilities like sauna, gym and outdoor kitchen. Very relaxed vibe and plenty of lounging space around the pool. Excellent views out over the sea and across the bay. Very relaxing place.

Lokalizacja nie jest super bardzo górzysto, przy temperaturach ok 30 stopni moze byc ciezko zwlaszcza powrot z portu czy resteuracji etc, wraca sie cala droge pod stroma gore
