Wherever they are parking the cars. This white liquid dripped on my car damaged the paint and tint on car and my back window.

"3/10 Staff Needs More Training"

It was not the worst but not good, either. 3/10 The front desk people charged me ten times what a normal hotel charges for incidentals that they held for over a week, which was unexpected, the amount was unreasonable and the length of the hold was unnecessary. Then they wanted to charge me a stupid amount for parking when we could easily just park on the street around the hotel for free. If it was Mardi Gras or some big event was going on then it would have been understandable but nope. Parking was freely available. It made me lose trust in the staff because it seemed they were just trying to scam me out of as much money as possible, I didn't even want to ask them for food recommendations. And the bathroom was microscopic. Finally, it wasn't all bad. The accommodations were generally sufficient. The room was clean and was well-stocked with amenities. It had dishes, a dishwasher, a REAL coffeemaker and even the coffee was delicious. Bed was comfy and the table was big enough two or more to sit and eat at, unlike some of the tiny tables at some hotels I've been to.

The room was perfect... more than what I expected for the price... the staff was always nice and spoke everytime in passing... would definitely book here again if available...

The wristbands for key cards were definitely a plus... just had issues and had to change them out twice before actually getting them to work, causing me to have to go up and down the elevator twice...
