Property is located in the center of Zurich

It was hot. There was portable air conditioning with tube in the window. It worked nonstop and loud. We couldn’t sleep for 2 night. On top of that bathroom has horrible smell. When I complain next morning, it sounds hotel knows about it. They tried to clean some tubes, but smell stays in the room. What upset me that administration knew that and didn’t warn me instead of sending me tons emails of registering in advance They could offer me different room For all my inconvenience they offered 20% discount. They didn’t worry when I promised to describe my stay in review

Das Früstücksbuffet hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Es fehlt an Nichts für einen Guten Start in den Tag.

Good location but expensive for the facilities

O quarto era muito bom, silencioso, limpo . A cama excelente. O café da manhã perfeito.

הצוות מאוד עוזר ושירותי, המיקום מצויין, 5 דק הליכה לאגם ובסביבת חנויות, בתי קפה וסופר, ארוחת בוקר מצויינת עם הרבה אפשרויות-ממש שווה. אין מזגן מרכזי של המלון אבל יש מזגן חלון, והאמת, עשה את העבודה. החדר מרווח ונעים. היתה שהיה טובה. תודה

Hotel ottimo, camera molto bella, pulita e con tutti i servizi necessari. Al nostro arrivo in camera ci hanno fatto anche trovare due bottigline d’acqua di cortesia, oltre che delle ciabatte “monouso” nell’armadio. Possibilità di lasciare il proprio bagaglio in reception. Posizione eccellente a due passi dal centro storico e dalle vie principali della città. Colazione internazionale favolosa.

Hotel muito bem localizado e todos os funcionários atenciosos e prestativos, café da manhã maravilhoso. Super indico.
