La amabilidad del personal, la ubicación y el desayuno, muy abundante y bueno, indispensable en una ciudad tal escandalosamente cara como Zurich.

En una habitación el aire acondicionado estaba estropeado y había uno portátil que funcionaba perfectamente pero, incluso en la modalidad silenciosa, era muy ruidoso. Afortunadamente no era necesario por las noches porque la temperatura era agradable de noche a pesar del calor del día

Une rénovation des chambres et des meubles seraient la bienvenue. La clef avec le gros porte-clef qu'on laisse à la réception a toutefois son charme

The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. We were pleasantly surprised to receive our room about an hour earlier than the official check-in time, which was greatly appreciated after traveling. The hotel also provided convenient luggage storage both before check-in and after check-out, making our arrival and departure much easier. The breakfast was of decent quality and enjoyable, although the selection could have been more varied

The main issue was that the air conditioning in our room was not working. During our stay, temperatures in Zurich were around 35°C (95°F), making this a major problem. The hotel’s solution was a portable air conditioning unit connected to the window, which was already in the room when we arrived. Unfortunately, it was not very effective at cooling the room and produced a significant amount of noise. As a result, we struggled to sleep and did not get proper rest during our stay. This was by far the biggest downside of the experience. Additionally, while everything was generally functional, the hotel is showing its age and would benefit from some renovations and modernization.

Good location. Very comfortable beds! Pretty clean, good staff and great breakfast.
