Nice bedrooms Ok bathrooms Lovely staff

Our room was besides the pool, so the the notice every morning and afternoon was horrible. The breakfast that booking includes in the rate it’s just coffee and bread. You had to pay more to get eggs or pancakes.

"Great short stay"

Lovely stay in Muyu for an overnight trip to Tulum. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Beds were really comfortable and the breakfast was great too!

Tap could be replaced as fairly rusty, and a little soap in the shower would be great, but honestly a great stay on a budget! :)

THE SINK FOUCETT IS UNTOUBLE ( OXIDIZED IT NEEDS TO BE REPLACED) THE ROOM : NO FRIGIDERE , NO COFFE MAKER , NO TABLE WITH CHAIR AND SMALL SIZE OF ROOM THE TV ( THE REMOTE CONTROL DOES NOT WORK) I WAS ON THE ROOM NUMBER 3 FOR ME IN MY OPINION I PAID SO MUCH MONEY FOR THE BASIC SERVICE' THE BREAKFAST THE THREE DAY COFFEE, ORANGE JUICE, FRUIT AND TOAST NO REALLY THEY SAID THAT I HAVE GRAY BRACELET EVENTHOUGTH THEY SHOULD HAVE ANOTHER OPTIONS

El baño tiene las llaves de regadera y lavamanos oxidadas. No hay elevador y para una persona con problemas de mobilidad, el que el desayunador este en el 3 piso es un problema. La recepcion pasa vacia la mayoria del tiempo. Los colchones de las camas, son demasiado blandos.
