Hotel Muyu Tulum

It's a lovely smallish boutique hotel with large, spotlessly clean, modern rooms and public spaces. They serve an excellent breakfast. The wifi is good and the best hotel shower I have had in Mexico. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful - the lady at breakfast (didn't get her name) and Daniel and Kevin on reception. Kevin is an absolute star - very helpful and gave me brilliant advice on bicycle rentals and sports bars.

-Location was pretty good, found nice street food vendors nearby, although near a noisy event place (?) -Lovely staff -Nice breakfast

-Pool is more of a decoration (as in most hotels in Mexico, unless they are big), the depth is 135 cm and always in shade, never saw anyone swimming there -The TV wasn’t working which honestly was quite a problem for us as we were tired of constantly being out and just wanted to relax for sometime by Netflix 😀 they tried to fix it, but couldn’t which is pretty weird - Staff did offer services from outside, but wasn’t as knowledgeable about the prices, so we ended up paying more than expected - No elevator to bring our luggage upstairs

Nice rooms, plentiful and great breakfast. Perfect Area to walk to other Street food and restaurants in area.

Showers took a long time to get warm.

Nice and comfortable hotel, excellent staff, position close to the main street and close to many restaurants.

Breakfast is good and served at the top floor, but it is not a buffet

Great staff, front desk and staff at breakfast are very helpful nothing too much trouble for them. Location is great to all areas.

Steps to room no lifts

Leo, Daniel and Kevin were there for us for everything we wanted! Those people really made our stay in tulum amazing and really helped us a lot! I’m really happy we stayed at Muyu! I totally recommend it !!
