The stafff here were lovely and this is a very attractive hotel. it's close to a bike hire place if their own bikes aren't available. Breakfast on the roof terrace was pleasant. the pool is a bit too small for a proper swim but nice for a dip. it's about a mile from the bus station. but it's close to the junction with the road leading down to the beach and out of town to the cenotes so with a bike it's easy to reach both.

very friendly staff and the location is great. the hotel is clean and well maintained.

low water pressure but it’s quite common in Tulum and breakfast could be better - one and half slice of a toast bread with butter and marmalade, juice, coffee and glass of juice. you can order pancakes, eggs, smoothies from the menu though.

The bed was really comfortable, good basic breakfast which could be upgraded, swimming pool.staff was helpful and friendly.

Value for money was very good.

Unfortunately, on one day there was an issue with the plumbing in my room but the hotel staff was very quick to move me to a different room on the same floor to rectify the situation.
