Extended Stay America Suites - Tallahassee - Killearn

Front desk staff is friendly and helped by giving pool access waiting on a 3 pm check in but the pool is dirty. The property doesn’t look like the photos in internet. Very disappointing in person.

Dates of Stay: 3/19/2025 - 3/21/2025 When I arrived back at my room on the first night of check-in, I found it infested with baby roaches. I had to wait until the front desk was staffed in the morning before being able to address this with anyone, and when I was able to get in contact with someone, they stated all they could do was move me to a different room. I inquired about a refund and was told that because I booked through a third-party site, they were unable to do anything for me. When I reached out to booking.com customer service, I was never able to actually talk with someone, and they only provided a 10% travel credit for a future visit, and I have not been able to get back in contact with anyone since then. Just beware for anyone looking to book here in the future, especially through booking.com, neither party will work with you to right any wrongs done by the hotel. Would spend a few more dollars and stay somewhere else.

Breakfast was great. Room was quiet. Bed was very comfortable and I had a great nights sleep. Very happy with the cost. Very good value.

Nice, affordable hotel, but NO frills.

Very basic. Kitchen has full fridge, microwave & stove, but not supplied with coffee maker, kettle, no cups. Plastic toss away cups in bathroom. Nothing to use in microwave for liquids. Maybe I didn't read room description clearly?? Looks clean, bed comfortable... Would not use it again for comfort/amenity stay after long drive, but expect it has purpose for orhers.

We got a suite and it's the size of a small apartment. Very comfortable, and clean. I miss the offee maker but that seems to be in more hotels. The advertised breakfast is a bit of a joke as its packaged cheap muffins and coffee. By time we got there the coffee was about gone too. However I would stay here anytime. We changed our reservation and the desk clerk was very friendly helpful.

Nice clean comfy rooms. Service was helpful a I changed our reservation and friendly. Just don't come for the advertised breakfast. There really isn't any.
