Clean modern with good facilities.

Bathroom floor is a bit slippery after a shower

Nicely furnished. Aircon & wifi. Nice toiletries.

Lifts on other side of building. No lights on stairs. Felt unsafe on stairs at night. No remote to control entrance gate, reliant on a guard to open & he was not always present. So you have to hoot & wait. Why not just provide a remote to guests? Bathroom has a small basin & vanity, but more than enough space for bigger. Your feet get wet when you wash your face & no space pack toiletries. Not a safe area to walk, so have to drive to restaurants & shops.

The unit well equipped and very neat.

Although fairly central it is too far from restaurants to walk, and too dangerous in my opinion. The students' tenants do not adhere to the rules of not making lots of noise in the early hours of the morning. Furthermore there is a building site next to the property (dusty and working on a Saturday) which made our stay not so nice.

Students living in the block bit loud at night but not every night

The apartment was far too noisy. I would NOT recommend apartment 60 where we stayed. It overlooked a very busy motorway and if you have a window open the noise is unbearable 24/7. The traffic noise was defused when closing all windows in the apartment and made use of the air-conditioning in the bedrooms. I personally do not like air-conditioning so this was not an option.
