The maid and security guard were wonderful...and helpful guests.

the management, the state of the rooms..mold...hasn't been painted in 20 or 30 years...shouldn't even pass Board of Health requirements. Even if I was a hooker or a drug addict looking for somewhere to get my needs met it most certainly wouldn't be there!

The size of the room was great. The staff was nice and did their best to assist us where needed.

This place claims to be clean and homey, but the floors were absolutely disgusting. They are hardwood, so not hard to clean, yet they made my feet black. I used disinfectant wipes to try to clean it up more, but apparently, there is such a thick layer that the wipes did basically nothing. The remote to the TV only turned it on & off, changed channels, and adjusted the volume. You couldn't change the input on it or anything. The sheets had weird stains on them, the stove has a timer thing on it, and there is no way to tell how hot the stove will be because the nobs aren't any help on that. There was a big hole in the bathroom wall behind the door from the handle because there was no door stopper. All in all, it does not seem like this hotel cares about the maintenance of the place.

The kitchen with the full-sized fridge was great. No breakfast included, but overall a good value for the money.

The room wasn’t overly clean. Also, the office staff's communication is terrible. I accidentally left my expensive Adidas shorts in the room and reached out via Booking.com to see if housekeeping found them. I loved those shorts for sentimental reasons, making this personal loss very painful for me. I never received a reply—no yes, no no, just total silence. Completely unprofessional to ignore guests about lost items.
