Everything roaches crawling on me crack heads live there and lots of homeless people burned holes in the blanket horrible experience all in all white powder on floor I took a video

There was nothing to like about this place. From the rude staff, to the absolutely FILTHY room, to the non-working tv….I could go on and on. Save your time and money and STAY AWAY!

There were bugs all over. Every surface was STICKY. The bed was filthy, and the sheets had obviously already been slept in. There was no remote for the tv and it had no signal. There wasn’t a single trash can in the ENTIRE room or bathroom. The bathroom door didn’t even have a freaking doorknob! When I used the shower and dried off with the one towel they’d allotted me, the towel left someone else’s hair stuck to my body. I was alone, and no one in my house has long brown hair, so it definitely didn’t come from me. There were also *live* bugs in the room, and I had one crawling in the bed with me at around 0200 in the morning. When I tried to speak to the front desk about these issues, I only got attitude from the attendant. I will be speaking to management about this issue asap.

So nasty. Hair & gunk in the shower. Smelled like fabuloso but didn’t look like they actually used it. Floor wasn’t swept or mopped. For $89 a night they could have at least done that
