Extended Stay Kansas City

I arrived in my room, to find ONE (and only one) towel, that had dirty hand prints and blood. I returned it, and was promised one shortly. That was early evening. I never got a towel. The following morning, I voiced my disappointment, but still no towel. Once again, I was promised one shortly. I waited an additional 5 hours, and then returned to the office with disgust. Finally, after 5 attempts, I got a SINGLE TOWEL! UNACCEPTABLE!!!!

Nothing

Dirty Room, very trashy area, pretty much a homeless shelter, truck sitting on blocks in the back parking lot, just a sheet for a blanket, tv had no remote, door to the outside was not sealed at all (could see daylight all the way around it), staff was difficult and rude.

Not much at all.

There were cockroaches in the rooms.

It was a run down place no elevator we had to go up to the floor and it was not The room i book had to go back down to the office and get the room I book And there was a room on the 1 floor

There was no clean room when I showed. Waited for hr and half . Room was extremely dirty. Trash in trash can,toilet ,showed ,counter. Roach in the bathroom. I have it all in pic and video. We had to go get bleach spray from office that I'm sure was just water. Luckily I had an all purpose cleaner in my car to clean toilet and shower.

Did not like: BLACK MOLD was in the first room we were put in. When I brought up I was sick from being in a room with black mold, I was told I couldn't prove I was sick from it, that I waited to long to tell them. Basically I was blamed for there being black mold. 2nd room we were put in had no remotes to tv. The room had not been cleaned either. 3rd room there was more mold and water pouring into the room from the AC unit above it. 4th room bathroom wasn't cleaned at all. Apparently maintenance was in the room above us. When I went to use the restroom, water came pouring down from the vent in the ceiling. This happened both days we were in this room. After all this nothing was done. Not a night refunded nothing. I was told there's a chain of command. The higher ups would not be called. I had to deal with that fact. Or I could stay elsewhere. Let's not mention I made the reservation for this room online. I didn't have extra funds to pay for additional rooms. My recommendation is NEVER STAY at an EXTENDED STAY AMERICA.
