It Was in a good location

The Elevator was “Out of Order” Which was a huge inconvenience for us as our room was located on the Second Floor Also Rude Male Night Front Desk Person & Didn’t Even Care about the things he was saying or the job said that it’s A 2 Star hotel what did you expect it to be at least treat guest with respect if you want to get it also No towels where available as too when we got to the room they didn’t have any in there. Coffee Machine Was “Out of Order”Also.

"Booking dropped the ball"

Horrible experience, including from Booking.com who who may have caused the issues to begin with and then did NOTHING to fix them. Arrived late and exhausted only to be told it would take “awhile” before I could check in (wound up being over an hour). Then, during that time, my booking was mysteriously cancelled. Called Booking.com multiple times, ZERO HELP. None

They did not have an available room for us to stay the night at all. They turned me away because he had no room for my family to spend the night. I need a refund immediately.

I did not get past the lobby area.
